Water your plant when the top 5 to 10 cm of soil feels dry. As a general guide, check the soil once a week, but only water when it is dry. Your plant's environment will determine how often it needs watering, so always check the soil rather than watering on a schedule.

When watering, thoroughly saturate the soil until excess water drains from the bottom of the nursery pot. A small glass of water is not enough. Allow all excess water to drain away before placing the plant back into its decorative pot or basket.

This plant thrives in bright, indirect natural light and should be placed close to a well lit window. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves.
