Delivery costs depend on your location and order size, and are calculated at checkout.
Orders to any area outside of Gauteng will only be shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid plants getting held up in warehouses over the weekend if they aren’t delivered by Friday. (Courier alone can take up to 4 days)

We understand the concern around shipping live plants nationwide and you’re not alone! That’s why we’ve spent years perfecting our packaging and processes to make sure your plants arrive healthy and happy. Each order is thoughtfully packaged to protect your plant every step of the way.
Fast, Reliable Delivery
All orders are packaged on the day of collection to minimise the time your plant spends in transit. Please allow 1–2 days for dispatch. Once your order has been collected by the courier, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Our standard delivery time is typically 1–5 working days, depending on your location and the courier used. We always aim to send out orders as quickly as possible. For any delivery-related questions, please contact the courier service directly. For local deliveries, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message on the day of delivery to let you know your plant is on its way.

Step 2: Packing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days.
Step 3: Dispatch
You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s on the move.
Step 4: Delivery
Arrives at your door in 2–5 working days.

The following plants will incur a R50 surcharge per plant for deliveries outside of Gauteng due to their size and weight.

Please note:
All collections must be arranged with us beforehand. Same-day collection can NOT be offered as all orders need to be prepared in advance. We are also closed on weekends.

Can the plants be shipped safely?
Please note:
Yes! Plants can be safely couriered nationwide with proper packaging that includes protective wrapping and fragile stickers.
How long can plants be kept in a box for?
Please note:
It’s best to unpack your plants as soon as they arrive. However, they can generally stay in a sealed box for up to 5 days without any issues, provided the box is kept out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperatures.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged or in poor condition?
Please note:
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours and send photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and offer a refund or a replacement plant, depending on what works best for you.
How do I track my order?
Please note:
Once your order has been packaged and collected by the courier, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow some time for processing before reaching out. For local deliveries handled by our driver, tracking won’t be available, but you’ll receive a WhatsApp message on the day of delivery.
